Draco is named after a constellation (the dragon), and his mother Narcissa was born a Black. The Black family names children after stars and constellations: Sirius, Regulus, Bellatrix, Andromeda. Fans who rename female Draco often stay inside that rule, which is where Lyra and Lacerta come from. Draconia and Dracanea take the other route and make "Draco" sound feminine.
Draconia is a first name. Malfoid is a nickname for the whole trend (Malfoy + "foid"). So "Draconia Malfoid" reads like a full name, but most stories keep the real family name, Malfoy. For what the trend is and where it came from, see what Malfoid means.
There is no official one. In the 2026 Malfoid trend the most common choice is Draconia, often written "Draconia Malfoid". Other stories use Lyra, Dracanea, Dracena, Lacerta, Dracia or Karina, or simply keep Draco.
In the books it is a boy's name, but Draco is a constellation, and the Black family that Draco's mother comes from names children after stars regardless of gender. That is why many fan writers keep "Draco" for the girl version.
Malfoid is not a real surname. It is Malfoy + "foid", an internet slur, used as a nickname for the female version of Draco. Most stories keep the Malfoy surname.
